Award Background: Ten $400 Grants are available to individuals who have coordinated a Jump Rope or Hoops for Heart event in the past year.

Award Criteria: Perspective nominees for this grant should have hosted a Jump Rope or Hoops event in the past year. Nominees will be judged based on the overall responses to the questions seen below.
